Deliveries within Germany

Shipping service provider

We ship all products with DPD, which delivers the goods to you within the specified delivery time.
DPD will make a delivery attempt. We therefore ask you, if you are not at home, to hang a note on the dooron which an alternative delivery address is given (e.g. neighbor).
You are also welcome to specify a shipping address (e.g. work) that differs from the billing address when ordering.

To German shipping addresses, including German Icelands.
Delivery to a Packstation (e.g. DHL) is not possible.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are determined by the package weight. If the dimensional weight is greater than the actual weight of a shipment, the calculation is based on the dimensional weight.
